APPLICATIONS

Used in heavy vehicle air braking systems, and where high reliability is required. Only recommended air brake tubing should be used with these fittings.

WORKING PRESSURES

TITON Airbrake Fittings should be used where pressures do not exceed 850 kPa [125 PSI]..

ASSEMBLY

I. Slide nut, hex end first, onto plastic tube

II. Push sleeve fully onto tube end.

III. Screw into fitting body and tighten until a good seal is achieved. NOTE: Over-tightening may lead to premature failure of the fitting.
