Needle Valves allow precise control from fully off to fully on. Manufactured from high quality DZR brass alloy, Needle Valves are available in a variety of connections with sizes ranging from 1/8" to 3/8". In all needle valves Viton o'rings are used.
ADVANTAGES
Precise control due to metal to metal seals and fine thread screw-down. Good pressure rating. Suitable for fuels, water and air.
APPLICATIONS
Precision instrumentation, hydraulic control systems, and anywhere precise control is needed.
WORKING PRESSURES AND TEMPERATURE
TITON Needle Valves should not be used where pressures exceed 3447 kPa [500 PSI] or 100°C.
ASSEMBLY
Where possible, pressure side should be toward valve seat, not spindle.
All Needle valves except NV41, NV43, NVP40 are approved for use with gas (A.G.A. Approval :4104). Operating Temperature 0 to +90°
