Standard TITON Pipe Fittings are manufactured with female R Series and male BSPT threads in accordance with AS1772. These robust fittings are available in a comprehensive range of sizes ranging from 1/8" to 1". They are manufactured from high quality DZR brass alloy. Some fittings are available with NPT threads. ADVANTAGES

 Very easy to assemble. No special tools or extra parts are necessary. May be assembled/ disassembled numerous times.

APPLICATIONS

May be used with copper, steel, or brass pipe. Install where medium to high pressures are encountered. Pipe Fittings provide good resistance to vibration. Ideal for use in pneumatic and hydraulic control equipment.

WORKING PRESSURES

TITON Pipe Fittings are able to withstand high pressures, use the table below as a guideline.

ASSEMBLY

I. Use pipe sealing compound.

II. Tighten 1½ to 2½ turns past hand tight
